Inflammation in the body exacerbate existing conditions as well as impair bodily functions.

Perhaps the most well known use for medicinal marijuana is it’s use among cancer patients, especially those who are undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatment. Both of these treatments can weaken the patients immune system, amidst other adverse side effects such as loss of appetite, nausea, pain, vomiting, headaches and more. Marijuana is said to help counteract all of these symptoms, and allow cancer patients to feel more like themselves. Some have even claimed that cannabis oil has completely cured their cancer.

While controversy over the use of medicinal marijuana continues, its benefits are undeniable.
