Exercise is a key part of all weight loss systems. Any weight loss physicians will tell you that much, but as to which exercises matter is another story entirely. It’s there that the opinions of many family practice doctors differ.
Here are a just few of the different arguments and opinions out there to help you switch up your weight loss system.
The burpee has been touted the ultimate full-body exercise, and is used by football teams, CrossFit practitioners, and elite military forces to get in shape. Don’t let that scare you off, though. Relatively simple to do, the burpee begins by dropping down into the push up position. You then swing your knees in, so you’re crouched, and then leap as high as possible from there. Once you come back down, drop back into the push up position and do it again. Adding a few sets of these to your weight loss system’s workout regimen will condition you, help you burn more fat, and build more strength.
Cardio should be a part of every weight loss system, because it burns the most calories, making it ideal for shedding pounds quickly. There are a number of different ways to do cardio, and each works well, but the key is to keep at it for an hour at a time.
Kettlebells are cast iron balls that have a single handle, and unlike traditional free weights, kettlebells don’t evenly distribute their weight. This means that the body has to stabalize to counterbalance their weight, working out all those little muscles that machines don’t help. They’re perfect for a weight loss system because their exercises can burn up to 400 calories in just 20 minutes.
If you want to change up your workout and lose more weight faster, do some burpees, cardio, and kettlebell exercises. You’ll be glad you did.
